The Hedge Fund Services Awards | Europe have been a highlight of the hedge fund calendar for more than 15 years.

Entries are open to all hedge fund service providers operating in the European market, including administrators, prime brokers, law firms, compliance consultants, technology providers, fund accountants and other professional services supporting hedge fund operations.

Entries are submitted online through the Awards website. You will need to complete an entry form , provide supporting details and, where relevant, include client testimonials.

Yes. Firms can enter multiple categories, provided they meet the relevant criteria for each.

The deadline for entries will be listed on the Awards website and shared through email updates and social channels. Late entries may not be accepted.

Entries are reviewed by an independent panel of senior hedge fund executives, including COOs, CFOs, CTOs, CCOs and GCs. Judges are assigned to categories aligned with their area of expertise to ensure fair and consistent evaluation.

Each entry is assessed against four key criteria:

• Commercial success and business growth
• Product or service innovation
• Future development potential
• Client testimonials and feedback

To add further scrutiny to the process, selected categories include an in-person judging day. Shortlisted firms are invited to deliver a five-minute presentation followed by a five-minute Q&A with the judging panel. Judges are divided into groups, each assessing three to four categories aligned to their expertise. Final scores are based on both the original submission and the live presentation.

Judges are not permitted to assess or participate in any category in which they or their firm have a direct commercial interest.

The 2026 Hedge Fund Services Awards | Europe will take place on 24 April at London’s Natural History Museum , one of the city’s most iconic and prestigious venues.

Guests will enjoy a champagne reception, a three-course dinner and live entertainment, followed by the Awards presentation and an after-party to continue the celebrations.

The Awards are a black-tie event.

Over 300 senior executives from hedge funds and service providers across Europe are expected to attend, including COOs, CFOs, CTOs, GCs and CCOs.
