Sustainability

Our aim is to reduce our impact by driving sustainability. We focus on the areas where we can influence and support change, keeping environmental and social considerations in mind. We also work with partners, venues and companies that share our values.

Managing the impacts of climate change is among the most pressing issues today. We are proud to have partnered with JW Marriott Grosvenor House an ENERGY STAR® certified establishment, setting a shining example of environmental responsibility. In terms of our impact, we are working to reduce our environmental impact by using e-tickets and digital table plans, and by making sustainable food choices by serving a set vegetarian starter.

We are committed to using sustainable event branding. All our large format signage at the EuroHedge Awards can be recycled or repurposed into clean community energy and is supplied by Insite Graphics, the first ESSA Accredited company to have been awarded the ESSA Sustainability Tier 5 Accreditation, the very pinnacle of sustainability achievement.

You can make an impact too by considering a greener travel option, like public transport, and considering opting for the vegan or vegetarian food options.

Furthermore, we are proud to partner with Duchenne UK, the UKs leading charity funding life-changing research and supporting families affected by Duchenne muscular dystrophy.

We aim to reflect the importance we put on diversity, inclusion and equity in our events. We aim to represent a variety of viewpoints in our content and to create a welcoming environment for our members and delegates – regardless of their race, including colour, nationality, ethnic or national origin; sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital status, religion or belief, ability, age or background.
